Just Friday, I was trying to think of a new inspiration for a set of photos, when I remembered of my favorite pair of shoes.. my ‘ruby reds’, as I like to refer to them as. I got this pair of shoes about 6 years ago, and wore it less than half a dozen times… as I only get to walk very short distances and sit & look pretty in them.

Boy, it seems to take a lot of time and patience to go through all my flickr photos and organize them the way I would like them. It just took me 2 hours, and I’m not quite done yet. The good thing is, it feels good after doing so, now I can direct friends and family to certain photos with more ease and confidence that they will find it easier.

this flowering plant (does someone know what it is called?) was in the boardroom where I’m taking a workshop…

Here’s one of the many portraits I took during my first annual Vandigicam group’s Portrait Throw Down 2 event. We all had to bring and use props/costumes of some sort in our portrait shots of other Vandigicam members. It had taken place on April 2nd, and we met at Granville Island. We even had a camera crew from CBC there documenting us for their Flickr piece. It was a great experience had by all.
